Network Hubs

Early types of networks daisy chained one computer to the next , sometimes creating network congestion when trying to connect across the room. Today we use network hub switches to connect one computer directly with another. These Hubs come in two mainstream speeds,10mb (10baseT) and in the couple of years 100mb (200baseT). Now Professional Macs come with Gigabit Ethernet 1000mb!! So is it time you updated your LAN (Local Area Network)?

More reasons for Networking!!

Today's business depends on connection to the Internet and data security is a real concern. A firewall is a secure and affordable way to protect your LAN network from hackers or intruders. The firewall includes the ability to restrict or block access to certain Web sites, filter Web content and monitor user access.

UDS can provide a simple low cost way to share your cable modem, ADSL, or dial-up internet CONNECTION with your entire LAN.
